When I Was A Stupid Kid - Global Cooling

When I Was A Stupid Kid, I loved playing outside.

I was an outdoorsy kid. I didn't do my playing indoors.

Unfortunately, in the Philippines, it gets to be about a thousand degrees with 200% humidity. Playing outside can feel almost like dying.
Ahhh, blissful air conditioning. If only the outside can feel like this. WAIT. Maybe it CAN.
Time to cool the world! Let this AC air out! Open the windows!!
Kick open the doors!
How clever I am! I can't wait to tell my dad my smart idea!
OK. Great insight dad. Good thing I have a solution.
And that is how I contributed to our global climate change predicament, When I Was A Stupid Kid.

You mean I can't cool the outside with air-conditioning? :(

Excellent storytelling and perfect pacing! Glad you have time for stories again.
You were very lucky growing up to even have air conditioning, all we had was one giant swamp cooler. It was set up in my upstairs bedroom window. I liked the cool air but all my posters on the wall sagged from the moisture, and everything had to have some kind of paperweight on it to keep from flying away.

LOL, so fun. I grew up in Hawaii so I know what you mean about humidity. But we had no AC. :(

As usual, you communicate so much with these illustrations.

Hi, Tiffanny,
I love your stories in childhood. Cartoons are so cute. I'm sure we were nothing different from you, when we were young ʚ(ˆ◡ˆ)ɞ.
Cheers, Sadami

Marsha - I was bummed when I found out too!

Ted - Thanks :) Yeh, I was lucky to have AC. I googled swamp cooler... Sounds like it humidifies the air to cool it??!!

Jeremy - OH, I visited Hawaii once. If only my plan had worked, then Hawaii wouldn't be humid.

Cons - XD Thanks! I like your smiley face. with the X and D. XD

Sadami - Thanks :) Yeah, we were all once Stupid Kids. Kinda sweet huh?
