This Week's Still Life - Miter Saw

Here's this week's still life. It was hard to paint but fun at the same time. The object was so complicated that more time was spent drawing than painting.

OMG, a Ryobi chop saw! Guy heaven! I want to pull up a chair and get to work cutting crown moulding! Who would want to paint something so cool??? Tiffanny would!

power tools are super cool, they look like little robots and they all have their little robot jobs! someone should make an animated film about power tools that come to life. I mean, toys coming to life... meh. POWER TOOLS, OMG. that would make a great horror flick.

Dear Tiffanny,
Wow, great work!! Your drawing and painting skills are super! The other day, I sketched a motorbike in watercolor, very loose style. Different approach. I'll upload it one day.
Cheers, Sadami

Really great still life - its great to see something so familiar become new through the eyes of someone else.
